Yet another Australian act who are increasingly making it massive, The Temper Trap out of Melbourne have really done well breaking out of the southern market with hugely successful singles in the UK and a nomination last year for a BRIT Award as ‘Best International Breakthrough Artist’. The sound has changed quite a bit since their inception, very much vocal driven now, but front-man Dougy Mandagi knows how to belt out a tune so the decision is in all likelihood a good one.
